Carbon Emissions
We’ve completed a detailed assessment of our carbon emissions as it is important for us to understand what emissions we produce as a company and how best to counteract them. To assess our carbon emissions, we used the Normative Business Carbon Calculator to form an accurate assessment of our carbon emissions (and we encourage you do the same!).
Make It Wild Foundation
With the help of Make It Wild, we’ve planted trees in their North Yorkshire Reserve to offset all our CO2 emissions.
Make It Wild are delighted to be able to partner with EFA Engineering Ltd., to support their sustainability goals. Their contribution towards our nature restoration work will make a tangible difference to the biodiversity in the vicinity of our projects. It will also help more generally, to spread the important message of the increased need for wildlife conservation here in the UK.

Volunteering
Giving back to the community is a fundamental belief at EFA Engineering. Our commitment extends beyond excellence in engineering; it encompasses a dedication to community and empowerment. Our Employee Volunteer Program exemplifies this ethos by encouraging and supporting our employees to dedicate at least one day a year to volunteer work. We offer diverse opportunities, from financial education initiatives to serving as STEM Ambassadors, guiding and inspiring the next generation. We have a particularly strong focus on volunteering with children and young adults because of TKTKTKTKT. Whether that’s assisting kids in navigating career choices or preparing them for the professional world, our program fosters a culture of giving back and making a tangible impact in society.
