Piccadilly Line Upgrade – Integration

EFA Engineering was appointed by Lendlease to lead cross-workstream integration for the Piccadilly Line Upgrade programme.

The team focused on coordinating project activities to eliminate conflicts and duplication, ensuring seamless integration across all work packages and interfacing programmes within PLU. Rigorous adherence to governance, standards, and legislation was maintained throughout.

 By reviewing and aligning existing programme processes, the team strengthened collaboration and consistency, providing stakeholders with increased confidence that the programme will successfully meet its scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. This integrated approach was critical to the smooth delivery of this complex infrastructure upgrade.
