Midland Mainline – Application Management

As part of the Midland Mainline Electrification programme, EFA Engineering developed a bespoke solution built on Network Rail’s Power Platform environment. 

This application streamlines the management of opportunities from identification through to realisation of efficiencies. Automated reporting reduces manual effort, enabling the team to concentrate on driving cost savings and improving delivery performance. 

Seamlessly integrated with Network Rail’s existing Active Risk Manager (ARM) system, the solution enhances reporting and management capabilities for opportunities and efficiencies. This innovation supports more effective decision-making and continuous improvement throughout the electrification programme, contributing to overall project success.
