Our experienced Project Manager and Handback Specialist provided clear leadership and accountability across five key areas: Ilford and Romford station enhancement works, Earthing and Bonding plans from Bow to Shenfield (including AMP, QF915, and H&S files), OLE as-built drawings for the same route, and MFD 5.
EFA Engineering coordinated all closeout activities, ensuring alignment with programme schedules and contractual obligations.
