The EFA Journey Begins….
The company is founded by Alex Edwards in 2021 and secures it’s first project in hand back.
Within the first 12 months Alex has made the move to a shared working space in Stratford.

Our first Home in Canary Wharf.
By the end of 2022 we had undertaken 9 projects and made the big move to our own office space in Canary Wharf.

Surpassing expectation, setting new benchmarks.
In 2023, we not only surpassed £1 million turnover for the first time but an impressive £1.8 million.
We were incredibly proud of achieving this milestone within three years.

World domination… or at least a bigger office.
In 2024 we moved once again to accommodate our expanding team.
We have now delivered over 30 projects since 2021, working with a number of tier-1 contractors.

Started solo, now we’re 9
EFA Engineering born from one brain, now powered by nine — and a dangerously efficient coffee machine.
We are now supporting projects across the country including London, Cambridge, Derby to as far as Northern Ireland.
We look forward to what 2026 brings!!
