Carbon Emission Plan
We’ve completed a detailed assessment of our carbon emissions as it is important for us to understand what emissions we produce as a company and how best to counteract them.
EFA is delighted to announce that it has become a carbon neutral business, and is now working towards carbon positive status. To assess our carbon emissions, we used the Normative Business Carbon Calculator to form an accurate assessment of our carbon emissions.

We have committed to the United Nations-backed Race To Zero campaign, the largest global alliance of its kind to date.
The initiative is dedicated to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050 at the latest.
Volunteering
Giving back to the community is a fundamental belief at EFA Engineering. Our commitment extends beyond excellence in engineering; it encompasses a dedication to community and empowerment. Our Employee Volunteer Program exemplifies this ethos by encouraging and supporting our employees to dedicate at least one day a year to volunteer work.
We offer diverse opportunities, from financial education initiatives to serving as STEM Ambassadors, guiding and inspiring the next generation. We have a particularly strong focus on volunteering with children and young adults. Whether that’s assisting kids in navigating career choices or preparing them for the professional world, our program fosters a culture of giving back and making a tangible impact in society.
